We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their orders. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of your invoice date for a prompt and courteous refund. All returns will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from the total amount. You are responsible for returning artwork in it's original packaging at your own expense unless the item is being returned because it arrived to you damaged. We recommend using a shipping method that offers a tracking number to confirm the returned product has been delivered to our facility. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.
If the item arrived to you damaged:
- Take a picture of your damaged item(s) and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, item number(s), and a brief description of the damage.
- Allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed and to receive your "Return Goods Authorization" (RGA) and return instructions. If for any reason the damage isn’t clearly visible in the photograph, we may request additional information before your return is processed.
- Please make sure to include the digital photo of the damaged item in your return box.
Due to the nature of technology, a degree of variation from the online photo is to be expected depending on the device your artwork was viewed on. The colors you see on your device may be slightly different on the artwork you receive. If for any reason you are not happy with your order and would like to do an exchange we will contact you with actual photos of the replacement prior to shipping for your approval, or refund the order, as you prefer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for any artwork that have been altered in any way by the customer. Giclee Prints and Oil paintings ordered with any custom changes (i.e. custom sizes, custom colors, adding or deleting parts to the artwork) can only be returned for a store credit.
